Everyone thought I was a little loony, but the first thing I did when we got to Myrtle Beach (the day after Christmas) was to put Christmas lights up on the palm tree. It was very easy to just wrap them around the pole and I thought they looked very festive in the front yard!

I think it is cute!!! Shame you couldn't have had you dad do it earlier so it would be up and on when you got there! LOL
